Can You Chase TORNADOES Without Breaking ANY Laws? || OUTBRK

Hey everyone! Welcome back to another video on Outbrk. Today we are shaking things up a little bit and trying to go after tornadoes while not breaking ANY traffic laws. Outbrk players don't normally obey any traffic laws in the game, so how much harder will it be to intercept tornadoes when we restrict our speed and movement in such a manor? The answer? A lot. A lot of smart decision making is required to be able to stay ahead of the storm and still get into tornadoes. This was probably one of the most fun Outbrk videos I've done though.
