Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about presence, gratitude, and the strange realisation that a rich life often looks very ordinary from the outside. After my spinal cord injury, I honestly thought happiness would have to come from something huge. But recently I’ve started to realise that some of the best moments in life are much smaller, quieter, and closer than we think. This video is just a stream-of-consciousness reflection on that idea.
