Artist Problems - Ruined Pens (And The Inks That Killed Them)

Fountain pens, technical pens, and dip pens alike all are real pleasures to draw with… until they’re not.  At a certain point you may have run into issues.  Clogging, no ink flow, broken lines.  These are things that can lead to ruined nibs, pens, art, and lives. It’s usually not the pen though, but the ink.  Having a proper understanding of the inks and where and when to use which inks might just save you from a big headache.  So, allow me to share with you what I’ve learned.  It might just save your life, or just waste a few minutes of your day.  Either way, what do you have to lose?
