Balfolkariya House Band - Graovsko horo

Balfolkariya House Band performs Graovsko horo — a dynamic and rhythmically rich dance from the Graovo region, known for its sharp steps, accented bounce, and the unmistakable drive of the Shopluk tradition. As part of our work in promoting the balfolk movement in Bulgaria, we also bring Bulgarian traditional music and dances into our repertoire and into the atmosphere of our balls. This fusion comes to life twice a year: in early May during the Sofia Balfolk Weekend, and again at the end of November at our Annual Ball — multi‑day gatherings filled with workshops, live music, and shared folk culture.
