A new blow to citizens' wallets took effect on July 1st. The Bogotá Water and Sewerage Company announced the implementation of a new tariff framework that will increase service costs by 6.67% for the capital city (an average of $4,900 COP per month per bill) and by 2.3% for the municipality of Soacha ($1,180 COP additional).
