La Laguna de Hule es parte del "Refugio de Vida Silvestre Bosque Alegre" e incluye 3 lagos en cráteres volcánicos llamados : Laguna Hule, Laguna Congo y Laguna Bosque Alegre, esta última es la mas chiquita y mide 6.000 m2. Laguna Hule mide 54Has y tiene profundidad máxima de 20 mts. Cerca de ella se aprecia el Cerro (Volcán) Congo. Se llama Hule ya que hasta hace pocos decenios se cultivaban árboles de Hule para aprovechar el Latex.
