Yi Jin Jing - Qi Gong 1-3 [ZUM MITMACHEN!]

Our first instructional video in the Qi Gong series Yi Jin Jing. This video teaches you the first 3 of a total 10 excercises. Yi Jin Jing means method of changing muscle and tendon. The origin of these Qi Gong excercises presumably lies in old shaman rituals that are over 2000 years old. Bodhidharma and the Shaolin Temple appear connected to it as well. The monks supposedly included it in their daily training and refined upon it. Focus of these excercises is the stretching, flexing and especially the twisting of the spine. Spinal marrow and nervous system are being stimulated, as well as blood circulation and metabolism. Spirit and mind are calm and relaxed. The movements are slow and consistent. Softness and slowly increased force are alternating without extremes, breathing is easy and natural.
