Ecetes krumplisaláta

1 kg of potatoes (cleaned weight) 25-30 dkg onion (add a flat teaspoon of salt) For the juice: 5-6 dl of water 1 flat teaspoon of salt 4 tablespoons of 10% vinegar 3 tablespoons of sugar half a teaspoon of pepper 1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin seed oil as needed (optional) Refrigerate for at least 8 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
