Fabrice has been a shepherd for seventeen years. Today, he works with 350 sheep on 110 hectares. He recounts how he started out a few years ago, the gradual transition to direct sales, and his goal of making a living from their work within two years, without too much debt. And yet, major agricultural organizations recommend a minimum of 600 head of livestock. He believes in the necessity of immersing oneself in the local area to establish oneself successfully.
