Abandoned Building to Dream Shop Renovation (ep. 01)

We’re building out my dream workshop, garage, and gallery storefront where I can sell my work locally here in Chicago. First step was clearing out the old workshop. Then we had to dig up and replace part of the concrete floor in the garage, before we could get to work framing. We framed out a wall between the garage and workshop area, the ceiling, and a paint booth for the shop. We also started work preparing the facade for full height windows and a glass door.
