Mesa neighborhood upset as man-made lakes' water level drops
People in Mesa's Dobson Ranch community are demanding answers as to why their lakes have low water levels and nothing is being done. Water levels started going down and while the HOA said on June 10 there was broken equipment in one of the lakes, water levels remain low. Zach Prelutsky has more on what the holdup is.
