David Lil Dave Santillan, former President of Mongols MC, was arrested over the weekend for a violent altercation and released within 72 hrs. Lil Dave was kicked out of his former club due to allegations that he was a Confidential Informant for the government. Attorneys for Mongol Nation sought to dismiss a RICO conviction against the club on grounds that Lil Dave sabotaged the Defense and outlined numerous instances in which he escaped reasonable legal consequences. Ultimately the Judge ruled against the Club because there was no actual evidence of Lil Dave co-operating with any law enforcement, ever, and Lil Dave has maintained he is not a rat however for his critics this recent incident will only add fuel to their belief he is not being honest.
