Oblivion's The Dark Brotherhood BETRAYAL - Was it JUSTIFIED? Lore, Analysis, Quests EXPLAINED

In today's video, were discussing if The Dark Brotherhood Betrayal was justified from within the game of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. HEAVY SPOILERS! After going through with the Purification rite on the Cheydinhal sanctuary, the player begins receiving contracts trough dead drops all throughout Cyrodiil. It is later revealed that these contracts have been swapped out and that you have been assassinating members of the Black Hand. After discovering the traitor's hideout and evidence that it was not Lucien Lachance, the player goes to Applewatch farm West of Bruma to discover that Lucien had already been killed by the remaining members of the faction. By going to Bravil and summoning the night mother, it is revealed that Mathieu Bellamont was the traitor all along, and he is ultimately defeated.
