Many people try to learn the muscle-up too early. In this video, I show a simple strength test that can help you understand whether you are already physically ready for your first muscle-up — or what still needs improvement. The test takes only a couple of minutes, but it reveals a lot: • pulling strength • transition control • stability • pushing strength above the bar No complicated theory — just practical testing on the bar. I’m 65, not a professional athlete, and I can still do these exercises. So if I can learn and maintain this level, there’s a good chance you can too. Age is not the limit.
