Scoop out the flesh from the abalone shells. Remove the viscera. 2. Chop up the viscera finely. Remove the teeth. Score the abalone in a crisscross pattern. 3. Stir-fry ½ tbsp butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and viscera in a pot. 4. Add 2 cups of soaked rice and continue to stir-fry. 5. Add 1½ cup water and 5g dried kelp. Let it come to a boil, then stir the contents. 6. Reduce the heat to medium and boil for about ten minutes. 7. Place the abalone on the rice and cook for five minutes over low heat. 8. Turn off the heat and let the rice sit for about five minutes.
