TEDxAUI Belkacem Boutayeb et la Finance Islamique

Belkacem Boutayeb, a Moroccan citizen of the world, has spent 38 years migrating and held seven residency permits. Eternally a "young senior" who refuses to grow old, he has dedicated most of his career to banking, investment, communication, and international relations, working in Algeria, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Ivory Coast, France, and Switzerland. A committed activist from the very beginning, he co-founded several associations and foundations, describing himself as a "servant of the cause of women, children, and artists" and a "fierce and determined fighter for the construction of a Greater Maghreb." An expert consultant in Islamic finance, and former International Director of the large Islamic banking group "DAR AL MAAL AL ​​ISLAMI" in Geneva, he worked extensively on the establishment and implementation of the first 3 Islamic banks in West Africa.
