Hello dear viewers, I wanted to share with you a wonderful spinach cookie recipe with chocolate and hazelnut filling that looks and tastes amazing 🥬🍫🍪 It will make a very elegant presentation for dinner parties and your children will love these cookies 😍😋 INGREDIENTS: 👉Water glass measurement: 200 ml glass 👉Tea glass measurement: 100 ml glass 🥬20-30 (approximately) spinach leaves 🥬125 gr butter or margarine (I used Teremyağ, it's not an advertisement!!!) 🥬Half a tea glass of sunflower oil 🥬Half a tea glass of cornstarch 🥬1 tea glass of powdered sugar 🥬1 egg 🥬1 packet of vanilla 🥬Half a packet of baking powder (If you want the cookies to bake without losing their shape or falling apart, use half a teaspoon of baking powder) (Use) 🥬 3 cups + 1/4 cup flour (This may vary depending on the quality, add carefully until the dough is soft like an earlobe!!!) *For the filling: 🍫 Breakfast chocolate 🌰 Hazelnuts (optional) ✔️ I didn't use any powdered sugar or chocolate etc... on top of the spinach cookies, I wanted the green color to be clearly visible 🥬🍪 ✔️ I didn't set a time, but bake in the lower part of the oven carefully, the top shouldn't brown, it can be 15-20 minutes or earlier or later, pay attention❗ You will understand the preparation more effectively by watching the video.
