The mozzarella cheese baked on top makes the meatballs Tuscany sauce a little creamier. Alternatively, you can use grated hard cheese instead of mozzarella for gratinating. This makes the flavor a little heartier. As a side dish, croquettes were baked up in a separate Omnia camping oven.
