Love of a Lifetime-FireHouse

Love of a Lifetime" is a classic power ballad by the American rock band FireHouse, released in July 1991. Written by vocalist C.J. Snare and guitarist Bill Leverty, it peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100. The iconic song is widely celebrated as a popular wedding anthem. C.J. Snare wrote the soaring track while playing solo lounge gigs at Holiday Inns, long before FireHouse achieved mainstream fame. Epic Records originally felt the band's debut demo was missing a power ballad. When the label asked for assistance to write one, Snare sheepishly presented "Love of a Lifetime," which they immediately loved. Original frontman and co-writer C.J. Snare sadly passed away in April 2024 Nate Peck, a former American Idol golden ticket recipient, has since taken over as FireHouse's official lead singer. The song's massive success helped propel the band to win the American Music Award for Favorite Heavy Metal/Hard Rock New Artist in 1992, beating out Nirvana and Alice in Chains It was pretty difficult to find visuals that would be worthy of this song but thanks to Home by Jon Joffin i think it suits it down to the ground.
