JUST FINISHED CUSTOM BUILD! First EVER site built home tour! 4 bed/3.5 Bath | "Site Built Saturday"

Alright everyone here is the tour that I have been waiting to drop for a while now! My first ever site built tour for our new series "Site Built Saturday's!" This 2 story custom build has features and things in it, I've never videoed and put on the channel! I'm very grateful Morrison Construction and the home owners let me tour their brand new house. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,800(heated) sq ft and roughly 4,200 total sq ft. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this home walk through video. Also let me mention the price building estimates I gave are based on the heated & cooled sq ft. However like I mentioned these are only estimates and mainly just my opinion based on what homes are being built for in this area!
