The site conditions, architectural requirements, and construction costs made the use of traditional technologies—monolithic, brick, or timber frame—either technically impossible or prohibitively expensive. The project was designed as a standard house by ZROBIM ARCHITECTS, but with extensive adaptations for the specific location. The architect deliberately chose LGSF 3.0 because this technology made it possible to implement complex architecture: large spans, cantilevered elements, panoramic glazing, custom façade screens, and variable room heights without complicating the foundation or structure. The house's frame is constructed using the LGSF 3.0 system and will be filled with monolithic foam concrete, creating a seamless metal-concrete structure. This house feels and behaves more like a permanent structure than a traditional frame house: — fewer layers in the wall — less risk of construction errors — greater structural rigidity and stability A distinct advantage of this technology is its factory-assembled design. The house is assembled like a construction kit: the parts cannot "fit together incorrectly," which is especially important for remote construction supervision. The steel frame can be left in place over the winter or for several seasons without having to mothball the construction site or worry about deformation or loss of quality. The video also showcases foundation, floor, and utility solutions, including a "floating slab" analog, and explains why LGSF 3.0 is particularly advantageous for developers: the frame can serve as a full-fledged showroom and life-size model of the house even before construction is completed.
