They just unveiled a brand new North Carolina historical marker honoring Andre' the Giant-- and most people have no idea he ever lived here. In this small town of 1,000 people, he wasn't a celebrity. He was just a neighbor. In this video, I visit the brand new roadside marker at NC Highway 73 & Old NC Highway 220 in Ellerbe, North Carolina -- AND the Rankin Museum of American Heritage where a permanent exhibit honors Andre's life,his ranch and his legacy in Richmond County.
