Black Girls Who Run

Black Girls Who Run is a free-to-join GSU running club where women come together to share the joy of recreational running, prioritize both physical and mental wellness, and build connections with like-minded women who share common wellness goals. According to the organization's stated purpose, “In this space, black women can enhance their mental and physical well-being, fostering a sense of sisterhood and empowerment.” GSUTV tells us more about this group and its founder.
