Queensland Rail Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) Review

Now that we've looked at a good portion of the Queensland Rail fleet, I thought it was time to show you the Grandfather, Queensland Rail's first Electric trains. The EMU has been a key part of our network since 1979, and helped to replace Diesel services across the City. Further, the EMU provided greater comfort than Stainless Steel SX carriages and wooden-bodied 'Red Rattler' carriages. With the delivery of the New Generation Rollingstock (which i have already reviewed), there are a small number of EMU's left in regular service. Want to find out more about what the EMU replaced?
