Talking about the exercise of burning calories, many people think of running fast on a treadmill, or similar exercises, which will make their hearts beat very fast. Admittedly, these exercises do burn some calories. But we, Tank and Odri, have a different perspective on "Exercise to burn calories". Instead of simply raising the heart rate on a running machine, we'd recommend exercises that will require movement from many different part of your body. These will also widely activate the muscles on the body, and give more obvious feeling of burning the fat and losing weight. These exercises we recommend are cardio-muscle exercises. Today, we upgraded the "Calorie Burning Explosive" we made a year ago, and made the remake version for you. The routine is composed of cardio-muscle exercises, which will make you use various muscles from many parts of your entire body. Below is the routine. Exercise order: 1.Jog in place [Warming up 1] 2.Hop in place [Warming up 2] 3.Pull down knee up [Whole body cardio] 4.Wide squat [Leg and hip-up] 5.Side lunge [Legs] 6.Ventral Jack [Whole body cardio] 7.Slow Burpee [Whole body cardio] 8.Russian twist [Abdomen/flank] 9.Bicycle crunch [Abdomen/flank] 10.Flank [Whole body] 11.Starfish crunch [Whole body cardio] 12.High knee Jack [Whole body cardio] 13.Stance Jack [Whole body cardio] 14.Torso swing [Flanks] 15.Burpee & Oblique [Whole body cardio] 16.Toe touch kick [Abdomen /Legs] 17.Jumping Jack [Whole body cardio] 18.Body twist [Cool down/ Core arrangement] 19Total Body Stretch [Stretching] Number 1 and 2 are warming up. From number 3 to number 17 are main exercises.
