Crazy Quilting, Packing for a Retreat

Follow as I pack for the 2019 O'Fallon Crazy Quilt Retreat! I'll be traveling by car on this trip, but I still prefer to keep my packing somewhat light. I packed one bag and a folding fabric storage bin for this retreat. I'll show the supplies I packed and some thoughts about portable lighting to take along. I will also be taking my Singer Featherweight sewing machine and a small plastic storage box filled with items I've stitched to share with everyone else at the retreat! This retreat, unlike many others is simply focused on time to stitch together. To the best of my knowledge, there are no formal classes or outings planned, just 4-5 days of uninterrupted stitching time from early morning to late at night! A retreat like this is also a chance to renew friendships with others that I've had the pleasure of meeting through the years and to also make new stitching friends! I can't wait!
