太极拳开合的秘密:让你的拳架更上一层楼!(拳理拳法二)
丹功、中正、平衡、虚实、开合、折叠、掤圆等太极拳的要点。丹功强调以腰为主导,活动骨盆小腹区域对健康有益。中正需保持胸腰躯干部位端正,百会和会阴有上下对拉感。平衡得通过上下、前后、左右的对争实现,站桩可练习。打拳要讲究虚实,分清自身重心倒换与发劲时的主副虚实。开合需留意三节和胸腰的开合,拳架要展现开合之态。折叠是以丹田为枢纽,注重四肢屈伸与开合的结合。掤圆在太极拳中很重要,要周身掤圆,大小动作都要有旋转和非圆即弧的路线,定势时保持掤劲。这些要点有助于在练习太极拳时获得身体帮助,促进身体各部位朝健康方向发展。
