From the spices to the crystal-clear waters of Saint-Paul 🌶️ Still in the west of Réunion Island, today I'm introducing you to the Saint-Paul open-air market, as well as the Tour des Roches (Rocks Trail) with its famous watermill and pond! Voted several times among the most beautiful markets in France, it's the perfect place to discover tropical fruits, spices, crafts, and of course, the must-try bouchons (dumplings) and samosas! Unfortunately for me, I hadn't brought enough cash to eat there...
