The text is this: If your examinee is left-handed, special attention is needed. Left-handed people have special characteristics in writing and their writing direction. Therefore, in the initial interview, the examinee was asked whether the examinee was left-handed or right-handed. Because they write from left to right, they may experience smudges on the sticks, as their hand passes over what is written. And because they write without seeing what they are writing, they may experience an oscillation in the direction of the lines, spacing between the sticks, and a bias toward the left, since that is the direction they are looking.
