NightScaper Conference Pre-Event with Jess Santos
Join Aaron King and I as we host Jess Santos in a free astro photography webinar showing her "Quick editing techniques for blue hour blends." Jess' signature nightscape (astro-landscape photography) technique typically starts with a 3-image focus stack of the foreground during the blue hour, followed by a 20-image stack (for noise) of the starry night sky (each at f/2.8, 6 to 10 seconds, at ISO 10000 to 12800). The two stacks are then blended together in Photoshop. Jess is one of 40 legendary "nightscape" photographers speaking at the May 10-12, 2021 NightScaper Conference.
