Paléo-J #5 : La dérive des Continents en 4 étapes

I had some microphone issues with some of the illustrations, sorry, I hope you'll still enjoy the video. Fifth episode of Paléo-J! This time we're (finally) going to talk about geology by tackling continental drift, a theory made famous by Alfred Wegener. I think many of you know that the continents of our planet haven't always occupied their current positions; they were even united into a supercontinent: Pangaea. But did you know that there have been other supercontinents? But how do continents move? What is plate tectonics? What did the Earth look like 560 million years ago? And what stages did we go through to arrive at the current face of the Earth? To answer all this, I invite you to discover the four stages in the history of the face of our planet, from the beginning of the Cambrian period to the present day.
