In this travel vlog I'll show you the real Casablanca. Maybe you know the history and the movie, but what's the city like now? I'll show you the not just the sights such as the Hassan II Mosque, Casablanca's Medina, Rick's Cafe (the recreation from the Casablanca movie) and Cathedral du Sacre Coeur, but also around the city - the architecture, the places, the districts. It's a city that's not blessed with so many big tourist sights, but once you walk around and get to know it, it certainly has it's charms. ** Please note a mistake I made in the video - Morocco was a French protectorate, not a colonization, Moroccans kept all their adminstration and sultan for 44 years 1912-1956.
