Mourne Mountains Wild Camp

Join me and my dog (Bobby) as we take on our very first wild camping trip in the beautiful Mourne Mountains in Northern Ireland. Starting from Carrick Little Campers Carpark (BT34 4RQ), we set off on a 16.5-mile adventure through some of the most stunning landscapes the Mournes has to offer. Our route takes us over Slieve Lamagan, Cove, down Brandy Pad, around Slieve Bearnagh, up Doan before camping at Lough Shanna. On Day two we make our way down to Crom Reservoir and back down to Carrick Little. This trip had everything, challenging climbs, incredible mountain views and also the excitement of our first wild camp in the mountains.
