Let it semi set and using any round cutter or lid cut out shapes about 3 inch in diameter set in the fridge and remove . Keep aside Melt the chocolate and keep in a long small glass container . Take a strip of ohp or acetate sheet 3 inches by minimum 6 inches (can make longer) Grease ur work surface lightly with oil . And place the plastic sheet on it . Dip a knife in the warm chocolate and wipe off the chocolate from one side of the knife and place the chocolate side of the knife on the plastic sheet and starting from the tip of the knife gently lift it and bring it towards ur self . Fill the sheet full of these leaves . Place in the freezer for a few minutes to set . If you want to give the leaves a slight curve then place them in an empty foil paper roll . Set in the freezer for a few minutes . Remove gently and store in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of hours before you use them . These will stay for weeks You can dust them with edible dust and make flowers as shown by placing the chocolate disc in a plastic ring , cover the disc with melted chocolate and place the leaves to form a flower . Sprinkle some silver balls in the centre . I made a plastic ring with the ohp sheet of ab 4 inches diameter to help the leaves stay put and not fall. Store the flowers individually in small airtight containers and store in the fridge . They will last for weeks .
