With the new INSS rules in 2026, acting without thinking can stall your process for months. In this video, I explain in a simple and direct way the 3 possible paths to reverse this situation: 1️⃣ *Administrative Appeal (CRPS):* You have 30 days to appeal within the system itself, free of charge, but the judgment can take more than a year. 2️⃣ *Legal Action:* You can skip the appeal and go directly to court, which is ideal when the INSS takes too long or the case requires a more in-depth analysis by the judge. 3️⃣ *New Application:* Pay close attention to the new rules (IN 203 and 208)! Now, you can no longer file a new application for the same benefit at the same time.
