Steinberger Spirit bass guitar – Adapter for regular single ball end strings
[EDIT: the original adapter should be installed backwards; i.e. strings entering from the other side. The "lip" then prevents the cut string ends from being an issue. Thanks to the commenters.] Hi there! Here's an impression / review of two different adapters that allow you to install regular single ball-end strings instead of double ball-end strings on your Steinberger Spirit bass. "Steinberger XL4 String Adapters" vs. a cheaper option found on Ebay.
