Beware of your Agent & Manager contracts, aka "General Services Agreements," aka GSAs. They come with many problematic clauses that can bind actors in unsuspecting ways. I came across an Automatic Renewal provision called a "Termed Rollover" clause in a recent agent's contract that I didn't feel good about it.
