Hermansen, P.L.S., P.E., Ph.D., Esq. presenting on Adverse Possession and the Land Surveyor. Adverse possession is a recognized method of creating title in the possessor. Often surveyors are confronted with evidence of adverse possession. This seminar will discuss how the surveyor can recognize possible adverse possession, deals with adverse possession, and reports possible adverse possession.
