On a night when stars were falling, I arrived at Dreamvale, a mysterious shopping arcade hidden in the valley of dreams. There were shops that could never be found in the real world: antique stores, magical herb shops, stardust candy shops, lost-and-found boutiques, and mask shops filled with quiet secrets. But the things sold in this arcade were not ordinary items. Forgotten dreams. Things I had once wanted long ago. Someone else’s memories. And fragments of nights that never found their way home. In that starfall dream arcade, I bought one dream I had always wanted. But I still don’t know whether it was truly something I had wished for, or a memory chosen for me by the town itself.
