Spring in Siberia by Artem Mozgovoy: First Presentation of the Novel
This is the first presentation of my novel Spring in Siberia, due to be published by Red Hen Press – held at the chapel of Labastide-Esparbairenque in France on Saturday, August 15th 2020. The presentation itself is in French, the extract I'm reading is in English, and two of the poems are in Russian (English subtitles can be turned on in the Settings). The poems featured: "I'm praying to the window ray" ("Молюсь оконному лучу") by Anna Akhmatova; "Romance"/"When you are seventeen" ("Roman"/"Quand on a dix-sept ans") by Arthur Rimbaud; "The song of innocence" ("Песня невинности") by Joseph Brodsky.
