Why I’m Skipping the Hourglass Customizable Palette… I Found a Better Option Today we need to talk about the Hourglass customizable palettes… because honestly, I’m really frustrated. This is now the second time Hourglass has released these palettes and not shipped them to places like the UK, Canada, and Australia, which immediately rules me out and also rules out a huge part of my audience. But even beyond the shipping issue, I realised something else while looking at the shade options… as a cool-toned person, I still wouldn’t actually be able to create the palette I truly want anyway. A lot of the shades lean more neutral or warm once you really look at them properly, and if you’re someone who’s genuinely cool toned like me, you’ll probably understand exactly what I mean. So instead of sitting here annoyed about it, I decided to go looking for an alternative.
