GH Alan & Monica 9-5-80 - Monica talks to Howard about a divorce

Alan is so Anthony Perkins in this clip :) This takes place after Alan reveals AJ's true paternity. Monica is still living in the penthouse at this time and still wants a divorce. Alan will not give Monica a divorce without seeking full custody of AJ. One thing I don't understand is Monica has the ammunition in the form of the 4th of July tape so why doesn't she use it? She obviously still kept a copy because she mentions it to Lila in October 1981.
