In this video, I show you how I organize my home upon returning: bringing out the garden furniture, setting up the table and chairs for a paella with friends, resuming my homemade bread and yogurt routines, cleaning the air and heating ducts, and showing you the carpet cleaning machine I bought before summer. While everything gets ready, I'm also taking you to my garden, where this year, despite the shade and the little animals, we'll be able to pick tomatoes and peppers. Add the honey and oil and mix for 4 SEC/SPEED 2. Add the whole wheat flour, flour, wheat bran, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, salt, and Mix for 20 sec/speed 4 and knead using the DOUGH MODE/3 min. Let the dough rest in the mixing bowl until it has doubled in volume (approx. 1 hour). Grease a 1.5-liter cake tin with sunflower oil. Pour the dough onto a floured work surface and knead into a round. Place the dough in the tin, cover with a cloth, and let it rest until it has doubled in volume (approx. 30 minutes). Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 40 minutes (180°C). Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes. Then, remove from the tin and let it cool on a wire rack.
