How is Canto II the WEAKEST story in Limbus company?

After so many comments, so many users talking about it in the discord, so many obsure memes I've seen on Twitter, we finally had to find out why is Limbus Company so popular in the gacha space. What makes this indie game created by Project Moon have such a strong, dedicated fanbase, and overall, finally see what the game's about.
