Mixing up your routine is always great for your body so with this one we are throwing a little hiit element into it to make it something a little different For this workout we will be working on the biceps and triceps. Each muscle group will have 3 exercises each and will be repeated 4 times. Each exercise will also be done for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second rest You will pick it up as we go. As I said something a little different to mix up the dumbbell workout routine I will maybe try this with different body parts to have dumbbell hiit series and see how you get on As always start light with the dumbbells and see how you get on. Again if it's too easy , up that weight and challenge yourself . There is no set limit to what you can do. Up the weight if needed but remember , dont sacrifice form. If your form starts to slip , drop the weight a little So grab your dumbbells and a drink and lets get ready to ROCK!!!
