Un paso hacia una comprensión más profunda de la música (Ejemplo: Vals N. 2 de Antonio Lauro)
https://www.andressaborio.com/fundame... ►►► You can download the free PDF "Master the Fundamentals of Music Theory" here. A reflection on the difference between playing a piece and understanding it, using Antonio Lauro's Waltz No. 2 as an example. In this video, I don't focus on fingerings or how to "figure out" the piece, but rather on the mental model we use to relate to the repertoire. Thinking note by note can work for a while, but as the music becomes more complex, that approach begins to show its limitations: the piece becomes fragile and mentally burdensome. Through some excerpts from Lauro's Waltz No. 2, I show how thinking in terms of chords and harmonic structures can simplify thinking, bring clarity, and change our relationship with the piece and the instrument. This content is intended for guitarists interested in a deep understanding of music, beyond memorization and rote repetition. While this isn't a video for absolute beginners, it can serve as a reference and inspiration for those who want to develop a more sophisticated musical understanding. This is the kind of thinking I work on with some students; it's not a massive, quick, or universal approach. If this approach has made you think, I'd love to read your thoughts in the comments. ►►► You can see the "Fundamentals of Music Theory" playlist here: • Fundamentos de la Teoría Musical ►Contact: [email protected] Credits: Presentation: José Andrés Saborío Rodríguez Concept: José Andrés Saborío Rodríguez Script: José Andrés Saborío Rodríguez Creation: José Andrés Saborío Rodríguez Recording: José Andrés Saborío Rodríguez Post-production: José Andrés Saborío Rodríguez ANDRES SABORIO PRODUCTIONS
