Egg Salad (How to Peel Boiled Eggs) 10 eggs boiled, peeled, cut into medium cubes 1/2 cup Miracle Whip 2 teaspoons yellow mustard 1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped very fine 1/2 teaspoon paprika 3 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish, squeeze out juice 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped salt and pepper to taste Place cubed eggs in a large bowl. In another small bowl, stir together the next six ingredients. Gently fold into the eggs so you don’t mash them. You want to keep the egg cubes intact as much as possible. Salt and pepper to taste.
