Our top places to visit - Isle of Wight

In this video we show the places we visited while we stayed at The Southland Caravan and Motorhome Club Site. Our first trip was to explore the Needles which is a stunning location, with a coastal battery built in 1860, overlooking the iconic Needles Chalk Rocks. On the way we took a small detour to enjoy the view ( and have a coffee) at Freshwater Bay. On our next trip out we had a lovely breakfast at the nearby Garlic Farm, which a fascinating garlic themed farm that you can walk around and learn all about this versatile edible bulb. We then have a relaxing walk around the Ventnor Botanical Gardens with its exotic plants before we look around Osborne House the Isle of Wight retreat of Queen Victoria and her family. Finally we visit the excellent Brading Villa museum and learn more about the villa and its inhabitants. We hope you enjoy the video - if you do please like, comment and share.
