Recreating Wednesday's Rave'N Dance Dress - Part 2: The Skirt

Hello, In this video I will be making Wednesday's Organza Dress from the Rave'N Dance epiosde of the show "Wednesday". This has been a two part video series, where the first video - not this one - will be of me making the shirt, and in part two - this one - I will be making the skirt. This dress is very complicated to make as there are multiple difficult components, you will need to know how to work with organza fabric, how to sew a collar, how to sew a placket and how to make ruffles. Although, I would not recommend making something like this if it is your first time sewing a dress, because of how difficult Organza can be, it can be done so do not be discouraged.
