Australia’s first case of H5 bird flu can learn from ‘overseas experiences’
Shadow Agriculture Minister Darren Chester claims Australia can learn from the overseas experiences of H5 bird flu. “The benefit in Australia of having seen this particular strain develop around the world is that we can learn from the overseas experience,” Mr Chester told Sky News Australia. “I know our researchers are people involved in disease preparedness and responses have been learning from the overseas experiences.”
